Garment Decor stands behind the quality of our work. You’ve trusted us with your project and it is our duty to reproduce your graphic onto the garment or substrate with maximum accuracy, quality, and consistency. We operate under very specific and numerous quality controls, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to ensure a quality finished product. We take all precautionary measures to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order including detailed mockups and artwork approvals prior to running production.

If the custom products you receive differ materially from what the invoice states, if the goods are otherwise flawed or damaged, or if your order is considerably different then the artwork approvals and standard deviation policy, then you may return the custom goods within 15 days of receiving your custom order. Please keep in mind, Garment Decor cannot be held responsible for end user subjectivity. 

Returns

To return a product, you must receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number, simply fill out our return form and 

Garment Decor will issue you an RMA number. Once received, you must write in a conspicuous place on the outside of the box. 

What can be returned: All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

1.) You received item(s) different than our artwork approval.

2.) You received item(s) that exceed our standard deviation policy.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

1.) Item(s) that match our artwork approval

2.) Item(s) that fall in line with our standard deviation policy.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

 

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
